The most important role of diagnostic imaging of focal liver lesions (FLL) is the characterization of lesions regarding malignancy.
The purpose of this study was to compare contrast-enhanced ultrasound (CEUS), magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) using liver-specific contrast agent and a combination of both for the characterization of focal liver lesions (FLL).
The midsagittal view of the fetal profile is essential in first trimester screening at 11+0 to 13+6 weeks of gestation. None of the standard sections in prenatal medicine is as well defined and undergoes such a strong quality assurance program. The aim of this
review is to summarize the additional information that can be gained from the fetal profile view.
Mobile apps seem promising for use in self-directed ultrasound training, but no studies have examined the cost effectiveness of mobile app-guided training versus traditional formats such as textbook-guided training. This study evaluated the cost-effectiveness of mobile app-guided versus textbook- guided ultrasound training.
